1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glasscribe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Glasscribe is a macOS application that provides real-time, on-device speech-to-text transcription. All audio processing occurs locally on your device without transmitting data to external servers.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Glasscribe offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the payment method you provide. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Glasscribe, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of the App are the intellectual property of Glasscribe and its creators. You retain ownership of any content you create using the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
